Australian Open Women’s Odds

This year’s Aussie Open is complete, with several exciting moments captured for posterity. But as we review the first Grand Slam event of 2026, we will also look ahead to the women’s Australian Open odds for next year and the players to watch.

2026 Women’s Australian Open Recap

Belarusian star Aryna Sabalenka had already captured a pair of consecutive Australian Open titles in 2023 and 2024 but was upset in her bid for a three-peat when American Madison Keys defeated her in the 2025 finals to take home the hardware.

However, the women’s Australian Open tennis odds this season had Sabalenka installed as the betting favorite despite her hiccup the previous year. Although the women’s No. 1 player had a relatively easy path toward the finals, with No. 12 Elina Svitolina as her highest-seeded opponent in the semifinals, she had yet to lose a set in her six previous matches.

But Sabalenka was on a collision course with fifth-seeded Elena Rybakina, who had taken a much more arduous route to the finals, defeating 6x Grand Slam champion Iga Swiatek in the quarterfinals before squaring off against sixth-seeded Jessica Pegula, whom she also defeated in straight sets.

The Australian Open women’s odds were set, and Sabalenka was installed as the favorite at -170 compared to Rybakina, who had been tagged as a +140 underdog. Yet, in what was an unfortunate bit of déjà vu for Sabalenka, she fell as the favorite for the second consecutive year in the 2026 AO finals, 4-6, 6-4, 4-6.

2027 Women’s Australian Open Odds

It is never too early to begin looking ahead, and although the 2026 Aussie Open is in our rearview mirrors, the women’s Australian Open winner odds for next year are already available at BetUS Sportsbook. Despite two consecutive years without hoisting the Daphne Akhurst Memorial Cup trophy, given to the winner of the women’s Happy Slam, Aryna Sabalenka +185 is again the odds favorite.

Unsurprisingly, the reigning champion, Elena Rybakina +500, is the second choice in 2027, followed by the French Open queen, Iga Swiatek (+500), and American Coco Gauff (+700).

These odds are fluid, and customers who perceive value in any one or more of these competitors should secure those prices by wagering immediately; otherwise, they may change, and the value may not be as tempting.

BetUS has a moneyline, game spreads, totals, and player props for all of the Grand Slam events, just as we do with comprehensive D1 Men’s College Basketball odds for the NCAA tournament. Live betting is also an increasingly popular way to stay in the game while the action is occurring.

Funding BetUS Sportsbook accounts is seamless, the customer service is elite, payouts are rapid, and the menu of tennis options is expansive, whether it is the Australian Open or smaller tournaments often ignored by other sportsbooks.

We are the place where recreational and professional sports bettors go, and nobody in the industry caters to tennis fans like BetUS!
