Penn State at UCLA Odds and Betting Lines

The Bruins are awful. They are one of three winless teams in FBS. They lost at Northwestern last week, a game many believe was their last chance for a victory. UCLA seriously is looking at a 0-12 season. How’s the move to the Big Ten looking in Westwood?

Penn State has to be smarting after losing to Oregon before a home “white out” crowd. The college football odds have the Nittany Lions as 26-point favorites. If they score 27, they could cover.

Pick: Penn State -26 points
